Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hairssential Studio. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us. We work very hard with professionals, to ensure products are produced at high quality and that you are completely satisfied with your order

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns/refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility

a. Damaged or Defective Items: We will gladly refund or replace any product that arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and provide clear photos of the damage or defect.

b. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item.

c. Custom orders: Where customer chooses the color design, length, any and all wig piece. We may attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern. This will be addressed on case by case basis, with no real guarantee, unless there is an error on our part.

d. Ready to ship and Hair Extensions: please contact our customer service at hairssentialstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You will then have 14 days to return the item in the condition that it was sold to you. Unopened, sealed and not used. Once received, your refund will be processed.

Discounted/Sale items are not eligible for a return.

2. Returns

a. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hairssentialstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

b. Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted or be subject to a restocking fee. .

c. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and track able mail service.

3. Refund Process

a. Refund Timeframe: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 weeks (please allow the maximum time before contacting us).

b. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).

Shipping charges are non refundable.

4. Refused Orders: In the event that an order is declined, all restocking fees, including the payment integration transaction fee, which accounts for up to 5% of the item’s total cost, will still be charged. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for any costs incurred by us in having packages returned to us if they refuse a delivery.

Customers who decline custom orders will not be credited for their refusal; instead, they will be responsible for any additional costs incurred by us in the event that the package is returned after it is refused. Until the buyer pays for us to send the item(s) again, Hairssential Studio will be in control of the denied package. The item is forfeited if payment is not received within 30 days following the initial unsuccessful delivery attempt.
