‘Ready to ship’; and ‘Hair extensions’ orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 6pm GMT will count towards the following business day.

For all other items, processing time will depend on the specific product and can be seen in the product details. For special orders/requests, delivery time will be provided during order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Methods:

4. Change Of Delivery Address:

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to service a change delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
